I am skilled in Microsoft Office applications and know how to use Zendesk, Okta, Salesforce, and Slack applications, which are commonly used by call center agents and freelancers, and the ICIMS application too. I worked as a call center agent under the Angi account in the position of Advisor I, Transaction Processing at Concentrix, Philippines, in my previous job. I am also a former Talent Acquisition Associate at Teleperformance, Philippines, from April 2022 up until February 2023.I have strong communication skills, can work under pressure, and am very resilient to any open opportunities. I am passionate about my work because I love what I do and have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I am ambitious and driven because I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I am highly organized because I always take notes and use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like keeping a clean workspace and creating a logical method so I can always find what I need, which increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track. I am a people person because it’s easy for me to find a companion in the company or to befriend people that I just meet since I am an open-minded person and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. This skill is especially helpful when kicking off projects and meeting with new clients and colleagues. I am results-oriented because I constantly check in to determine how close or far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. Aside from that, I find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team.
