LAYOUT ARTIST FOR CORPORATE GIVEAWAYS AND PERSONALIZED GOODS
Responsible for creating mock-ups for customized corporate giveaways with brand logo (print and laser engraved). Work scope includes:
- Creating mock-ups proposal for client approval
- Sending appropriate production files (CorelDraw, PNG, PDF, AI. etc.) to the relevant printing companies for creating samples and production runs.
LASER GALVO MACHINE OPERATOR:
Handles three types of galvo machines for production of laser-engraved goods:
- CO2 galvo for engraving wood and leather
- Fiber galvo for engraving metal
- UV galvo for marking glass and plastic
E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Responsible for handling multiple seller accounts in Lazada and Shopee.
work responsibilities include:
- Posting product listings
- Handling customer chat support for product inquiries.
- Coordinating with Key Account Managers in both Lazada and Shopee for the best strategies in marketing and promotion by using the platforms' seller tools to improve sales.
- Processing orders and checking warehouse inventories for stock allocation.
- Filing claims for wrong shipping fee charges and wrong item returns.
