"EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER"-General Virtual Virtual Assistant-Social Media Marketing/Management-Graphic Designing-Online English Tutor-Sales Representative
I have a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino, and I passed my Professional Licensure Exam. I used to work in a private school as a Junior and Senior Filipino teacher. I also have an experienced working in a call center as a customer service ----------- 2018, I finished my vocational course as a Caregiver NC II passer. During my free time, I love playing online games and watching movies. I also love cooking different types of cuisine and baking pastries and cookies. I believe that experience is the best teacher that we can acquire and learn. I can do every task that a client can assign to me, I am a fast learner and I am committed to my work as well.
These are the experiences that I learned and acquired:
I am a sales representative inbound. The customers were given a catalog, they can shop through scanning the things that they are interested -----------om clothing, shoes, pants, appliances and etc. The customers can just call right away to our company and tell us the code that can be seen to the catalog itself but of course before we do that we have to verify the information of the customers and finding the correct address of the customer through memorizing the states and zip codes that they are located in. We used a special system and use a special codes in it. We can do sales by offering a credit card specializing to the company or let's just say a "Loyalty Card".
I worked as a customer service representative in an insurance company. I was able to help the customers through creating a service ticket for their appliances insurance in American Home. I was able to empathize the feeling of my customers through understanding what they feel. I was able to monitor their credit card information if ever they wanted to. Lastly, I was able to review and let them understand their contract, what are the things that are included as well as not included with service charge. I was able to call the technicians, representatives of an specific company to monitor the service of the customers appliances, HVAC, plumbing and etc as long as it is related to home.
From the past, I have my own page for my online selling in my Facebook account, I used to boost my post to gain more customers and I effectively sell all my products thanks to Facebook Boosting. I know I have a lot of things to learn about Social Media Marketing but I assure to you that I can acquire those skills, I'll dedicate my life just to gain more skills and learn from the guidance of my client.
Because of my hunger for knowledge, I decided to enroll in an online class offering virtual assistant courses, and through that, I was able to have some knowledge on basic Graphic Designing such as using Canva, Business Admins through Social Media Management and etc. Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Creating some basic websites using WordPress.
Doing something different always fascinates me, and when it comes to my career, I decided to do exactly the same thing. I can assure you that I can do my work with excellence, discipline, commitment with a high-quality service.
I am flexible, I can multi-task if the situation requires, I can handle several tasks at once as well, I am always ----------- on handling new projects. I can also communicate and interact with my teams easily. I will never let you down when it comes to professionalism.
