With 2 years and 4 months of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer service representative and 4 years of experience in virtual assistance with various clients from international and local (Philippines), one of the major tasks I am working on is creating, maintaining, entering accurate information into databases and Bulk importation or Transitioning from one software to another such as CRM Tools (Active Campaign, Trello, Etc.), ERP system (Odoo and Net Suite).
