I am a Magna Cum Laude Psychology graduate and Licensed Psychometrician with hands-on experience in People Operations and HR systems development.

As a former HR Manager for a fully remote organization, I led full-cycle recruitment and successfully hired and onboarded 100+ employees within one year. I managed payroll for 50+ tea-----------mbers, developed SOPs and HR policies, and built automated tracking systems using Notion, Airtable, and Zapier to support scalable operations.

Currently serving as a Psychology Instructor, I continue to strengthen my communication and stakeholder management skills while preparing to transition back into a corporate People Operations or Talent Acquisition role.
