I've worked in a call center industry for 3 years as a sales support and customer service representative. After giving birth I was able to get a job online and fortunately I was given an email support task and I was able to successfully accomplish it. I really love giving quality service and I love dealing with customers. It gives me fulfillment when I'm able to help a customer or when they tell me I did a good job.
