I worked for a skincare devices company for 7 years. I started as a Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities include answering phone calls, emails, and live chats. We also handled Amazon reviews, questions, and reply to cases and inquiries from customers. I would also replenish our inventory on Amazon Seller Central.
