I started my career in the BPO industry as Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent for 8 years before moving to work from home environment. Since 2013, I have worked as an Inside Sales Agent, mainly for real estate agents. During my career as an ISA, I have also done SME and training support to my co-ISAs, English tutoring to Chinese students, and administrative support to an e-commerce business owner whose platform was Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. All these experiences led me to my current position as Director of Member Services (going 4 years) for an online community that caters to realtors worldwide. My function covers project management, team management, social media, and online event management. I spearhead many projects, mainly for community engagement and sponsor partnerships.
