I have extensive experience for 4+ years working for a US-based law firm, both as a Legal Intake Expert and as a Case Manager. Cases that I handled are ssdi, mass tort, civil, and criminal defense cases. I am also skilled in managing onboarding of new clients, turning them into new customers, and raising brand recognition. I also assist attorneys in doing some legal tasks like drafting legal documents, calling clients to follow up on payments, and sending retainer agreements for them to sign either electronically or via mailing address (FedEx).
To determine if each client would qualify for a possible case, I evaluated, examined, and assessed each case. With the help of my experience and skills, I was able to control a monthly increase in manager-approved cases of 15% to 20%.
