Hi! I’m Lili, and I’ve been working in the virtual industry since 2012. I’m also a single mom, and honestly, working from home has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Having flexible hours gave me the chance to build a career while still being present for my daughter. I can work when needed, be there for school activities, take care of her, and still provide for us at the same time. Being able to grow professionally while also being a hands-on parent is something I would never trade for anything.
Over the years, I’ve worked in podcast production, social media management, content strategy, executive assistance, and AI-assisted workflows. I enjoy helping busy people stay organized and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. From managing schedules, inboxes, and workflows to creating content and organizing projects, I like being the person clients can depend on when things get busy.
I also have several years of experience working with digital marketing agencies, which gave me a strong background in SEO, local SEO, content optimization, and online marketing. I enjoy finding ways to make content more organized, easier to find online, and more engaging for the right audience.
I also provide services as an Executive Assistant. I can handle everything from organizing calendars, booking flights, managing inboxes, coordinating schedules, and keeping projects on track, to even reminding you about a relative's birthday. I learned that sometimes the small details matter just as much as the big ones.
I’m naturally organized and detail-oriented, but I also have a bubbly and easygoing side. I enjoy creative work, brainstorming ideas, learning new tools, and finding ways to make life easier for the people I work with. I can spend hours organizing workflows and fixing tiny details, then suddenly get excited over a fun content idea or a cute design concept.
