My background is in customer service, which honestly shaped how I think about operations. If something's broken or confusing, real people feel it. That perspective stuck with me when I transitioned into tech ops, and it's still how I approach every system I build.
These days I work across automation, CRM, and data infrastructure. Things like building n8n workflows, setting up reverse ETL pipelines, or figuring out why two or multiple tools that should talk to each other simply don't. I've worked on everything from AI chatbot configuration to data stack architecture, usually as the person who sits between the technical team and the business side.
I like engagements where there's real complexity to untangle, not just tasks to execute.
