I do have a decade of office experience which makes me knowledgable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

I have 2 years experience in Customer Service, answering queries through calls, chat and email. I am assisting Filipino clients regarding airline ticketing concerns such as issuance of tickets, reboooking and refund.

I have 3 years of experience as an IT Support professional, supporting a Department on technical issues such as troubleshooting of computer hardwares and peripherals. Formatting and installation of OS and other softwares. Assisting clients in troubleshooting of POS system through call, text and emails.

I also know basics in photo editing using Adobe -----------n maximize use of the internet in data collection, analysis and encoding. I also have more than 5years experience in sales and management helping SMEs to add remittance business in their stores.
