I am a 25 year old Nutritionist-Dietitian with 2 years of professional experience working with Makati Medical Center Dietary Department as a Senior Therapeutic Dietitian. My responsibilities include: updating and verifying patient records based on the hospital’s database; conducting visits and calls to obtain the patient’s food preferences and tolerances; creating and adjusting each patient’s individualized menu; planning and supervising of meal preparation to be given to patients; coordinating with nurses, clinical nutritionists, as well as the patients’ companions for the patients nutritional care; and training of new dietitians and food servers for the operation.
