To add I have more than 4 years of Remote experience as a Medical Billing Specialist -A/R. My Role is to make sure medical services provided are accurately reimbursed in a timely manner. I work with insurance companies, patients, and Providers. My tasks would include Claims Processing, Insurance Verification, Payment Processing, Denial Management and Call Handling. Basic functions in Revenue Cycle Management.
I would say I have vast experience in customer-handling positions, bill resolution and Revenue Cycle Management. With my experience in the BPO industry I have developed the discipline and passion for what we do. Providing excellent customer service, discipline for meeting metrics and deadlines and making sure that we are always compliant.
