I focus on Financial Modeling for prospective deals and have contributed to acquisition due diligence and refinancing efforts. I’ve also been involved in the Asset Management side of the acquisition entity, where I built Power BI dashboards used to track key metrics such as income, collections, and delinquency.
Our market concentration has been in the Southeast US, but I am eager to learn new processes and regulations relevant to your market.
I am very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and well-versed in PMS platforms such as Yardi Voyager and AppFolio.
