An English as a second language (ESL) tutor works with children and adult students whose native language is not English. As an ESL tutor, your duties revolve around teaching students the English language through reading, writing, speaking, and listening activities tailored to their skill levels.

In my job experience I always wanted to be remembered by my student as a teacher whose not just into pure teaching but also a teacher who has a heart. A heart that has empathy to the students and understands the differences of every students and their learning stages and I believe that not every teacher has this skill. They just just dive into the lesson without understanding and listening to the students experiences.
