I believe my long experience will make me a competitive candidate in Starting as a Customer Service agent, even though being a (Practical Nursing) graduate, I was able to participate in the growth of my team and achieve excellence standards, which led me to be promoted as a Resolution Supervisor, a position I occupied for very long -----------o that position, I was used to dealing with cases such as (escalations calls or emails, etc.) which strengthened my leadership ability and my capacity of working in a high level. My background is a plus which I intend to make good use of. At the edge of being a vocational graduate, I had to stop that path due to some personal reasons. Still, I didn't give up my thirst for knowledge. Graduated as (practical nurse), I have discovered myself dedicated to others, which led me to embrace the opportunity to be a customer service agent. Since it's my first job, I have decided to keep my career orientation, into the Customer Service area, a path I'm currently in since then.
