I am a Licensed Customs Broker here in the Philippines. Before going into the freelancing journey, I spent almost eight (8) years in the Logistics Industry. Working in the Logistics industry molded me to be skilled in handling different clients. I learned to provide quality customer services: including interacting with clients, responding to all inquiries, and effectively handling clients' complaints.
With my freelancing journey, I have experience working as an Admin Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager for almost four (4) years.
As a Social Manager, I love working on graphic design for social media posts in Canva. I schedule and post social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn through Creator Studio and SmarterQueue. But before posting, I ensure everything is correct, like the caption and the graphics for the particular day. I’m also posting YouTube videos every week and doing the engagement.
I also have experience in simple video editing, including YouTube videos and Course videos using Filmora.
Then, I have experience in Kajabi as well. I design the website pages, landing pages, and payment pages. In addition, I create course structure and upload all the files needed for the course like video, audio, and pdf’s.
