Operations Associate
- Create Purchase Order in NetSuite
- Create FBA shipments at Amazon Seller Central
- Receive inbound shipment in Netsuite
- Fulfill and receive outbound shipment in Netsuite
- Coordinate with the 3PL/warehouse for inbound shipment receipt confirmation, inventory cross-checks, and outbound shipment preparation
- Submit order in the 3PL's Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare commercial invoice and packing list for international shipment
- Perform invoice validation for warehouse outbound charges
