I have been in the BPO industry for quite a while now, be in a customer service or technical role. But I am more skilled and knowledgeable in the field of Tourism and Hospitality. I am proud to be a part of leisure and corporate travels for almost 7 years. I have a fair share of assisting from travel arrangers to CEO for their flight, hotel, car, and rail bookings. Being able to address their concerns is all good for me.
