With my 7.5 years of corporate work experience as an Electronics Engineer in a Semiconductor Design Company, I believe I am equipped with the needed skills and knowledge to effectively do Virtual Assistant tasks. Also as an Engineer, I can say that my strengths are related to problem-solving, learning new stuff (tech, tools, or apps) to do my tasks faster and more efficiently. I also love coding which I used in my previous job for the automation of existing manual tasks.
Here are the skills I have:
- Excel Data management(basic to advanced formulas and functions, conditional formatting, custom sorting, string manipulation, and a lot more as needed).
- Excel VBA codes for automation of tasks and processing of workbooks, worksheets, importing/exporting files, and spreadsheet contents manipulation.
- Funnel and Landing Page Design using -----------n also use other web design tools if needed using the concept I know from Clickfunnels.
- Basic to Intermediate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Know how to use Canva for image editing and Figma for UI design.- Basic knowledge in using Activecampaign for email automation and Zapier for connecting various applications.- Research and implementation of new knowledge for the improvement of existing procedures.
- Handle projects with minimum supervision and with initiative in suggesting ideas.
