I gained a lot of awesome experience by working in the BPO Industry for almost 4 years. I once got promoted as Admin Support on my first BPO Company in the Philippines, I've dealt with professional people by handling their concern in the most effective and efficient way. The tasks that has been given to me was about Data Entry/Account Management. I believe that I have enough knowledge may it be technical, financial, admin support or customer service related.
