After graduating, I began working at Conectys as an IT Support Expert, where I provide hardware and software support, assist with network configuration, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, VPN setup, and user and device management. I also handle receiving, documenting, and resolving IT service requests while ensuring compliance with defined SLA standards and proper documentation.
