Currently, I’ve been closely working with an Australian client as a Virtual Assistant for over a year now, 11 months to be exact. My tasks are to track and trace shipments, export data to Excel, update reports, schedule return order collection, data entry, and send emails to customers and carriers. Then, a project based on a data processing staff for 6 months. My tasks are entering invoice data and importing it through the system.

Analyze transactions and monitor suspicious activities to identify potential fraud cases. We activate a credit card, verifying charges, updating information, waiving fees, processing rewards, as well as processing payments, balance transfer, PIN request, and even digital support.
