I am a Computer Science graduate with (5) years of actual experience Freelance Graphic Design, (2) years of actual experience Administrative Officer and (1) year of actual experience in Dropshipping Shopify, FB Ads Marketing and Social Media Manager.
In dropshipping ecommerce in Shopify. I can add products, images, titles and etc. I can also do handling customers via emails, Order fulfillment, Tracking orders, Import product using Oberlo/dropified and any related tasks that are relevant to the ecommerce. Even product research for the winning product using some spy tools. I can also do maintain the Shopify to updated wither there's a change in the back-end to automate or front-end for designing.
In terms of Marketing, I have experience on FB Ads doing some product testing and analyzing the product if its winning or ----------- Addition to that I have skills in Graphic Designing and Basic Video Editing skills which is useful in making a Marketing Ads on FB. The rest of social media platforms, I haven't done much of it. But I'm willing to learn and doing research more in ecommerce to gain more knowledge. Don't worry I can learn fast.
I also have experience in Social Media Manager, Handling some social media platform like FB page, Instagram and etc. Doing some scheduling post, creating graphics, interact with the comments, helping the page to grow more followers and many more. I also have my own social media in FB page and Tiktok and instagram account.

In addition, I also have extensive knowledge in Excel advance function including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Because I am studying as a Data Analyst, I always attending trainings with certificates and watching some videos in excel. This is not new to me cuz I already have experience being as a Administrative Officer for 2 years. Most to my task their was was working more on Excel making Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports and other reports also.
Right now, I am more on focus on Ecommerce Shopify and continue to gain more knowledge. I'm starting to study also in Amazon in the same time data analyst as will. So I have to manage my time doing my studies in this kind of aspect.
