I am a registered medical technologist since 2015 and a licensed primary care physician since 2021 with clinical experience in University of Santo Tomas, Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, and electives at Therapeutic Health Services in Seattle, Washington. Extensive experience in teleconsultation through SeriousMD platform, providing patient care remotely, managing patient records with confidentiality, and keeping them updated and accurate. Has an intensive training as medical virtual assistant involving prior authorization, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, triaging, data entry, medical records, prescription management, billing, coding, customer service, and HIPAA compliance.
