Being part of the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost 13 years, provided me the opportunity to train and hone my effective listening skills, client profiling, and communication skills.
These skills, became part of how I do business ensuring that I provide exceptional customer service to all clients I handled. I enjoy volunteering and spearheading projects and activities that help out our line of business, thus making sure that our company's brand as well as every Policies, Procedures, and Compliance are meet if not exceeded.
As a member and officer of the Maneuver Toastmasters Club, I have developed the confidence in being an Effective Communicator, Public Speaker, Trainer, and Facilitator. I am continuously developing my Leadership skills being taking on roles for the club.
I am highly interested in learning and educational events. I started attending training, seminar, and workshop since 2015. I have transitioned to facilitating, pl-----------ing, organizing, and managing different live and online events with attendees ranging from 5-2000.
I also invested in workshops and seminars focused on Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Management, and Coaching. These experiences have helped me hone my communication, coaching, marketing, sales, leadership, and management skills.
