Most businesses don’t need another virtual assistant, they need someone who can keep things moving without being told what to do every hour.
My background is in operations, where I handled everything that happens behind the scenes to keep a remote company running. On any given day, I could be reviewing team performance, fixing workflow bottlenecks, hiring new tea-----------mbers, improving SOPs, preparing reports for leadership, coordinating projects, or making sure payroll, schedules, and day-to-day operations stayed on track.
I enjoy building structure where there isn’t one yet. If a process feels messy or repetitive, my instinct is to simplify it. That’s how I’ve created dashboards, documented workflows, introduced better systems, and helped teams work with less confusion and fewer follow-ups.
I work comfortably with founders and executives because I understand that every hour they spend chasing updates or fixing small operational issues is time taken away from growing the business. My goal is to take those moving pieces off their plate and make sure things continue running, even when they’re focused elsewhere.
