I previously worked as a travel customer service representative handling bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals under the Travelocity account. Through this experience I developed strong skills in travel reservations, itinerary planning, and assisting travelers with booking changes or travel questions.
Even after leaving the role, I continued planning trips and assisting family and friends with travel bookings. I enjoy researching travel options and organizing trips to make travel easier and more enjoyable.
