I am previously a Senior Research Analyst for 4 years. When it comes to work, I am organized, I want to finish a certain task effectively and efficiently. At first, I may work a little bit slow for the reason that I am still adjusting and I am still learning the process and I want to do my work correctly and then as time goes by, when I am able to familiarize and master everything, I can work faster with a good outcome. I want to be productive but not sacrificing the accuracy of my work. I am flexible. I am open to new learnings and additional tasks if given.
