Daily, I troubleshoot issues with tenants before dispatching, assess urgency, source and assign vendors, chase estimates and schedules, and follow up until the job is closed. No supervision needed. When something slips, I push it forward instead of letting it sit.
Background: 1 year as a sales dispatch (DTV Mounting LLC) + 11 years BPO tech support and customer service, so phone communication with vendors and tenants is second nature.
