I've been in the hospitality sector for the past eight years. I used to work as a pastry chef on a cruise ship before switching to freelancing. My expertise, my experience, and the free travel privileges all appeal to me. However, because of the Pandemic and my want to focus on my children, it is never easy to give up what I've built, but what matters most are my children and their stories as they grow up. As someone who is new to freelancing and has no prior experience. I am much more willing to learn, and I hope that this will not be a barrier to my employment with your company.
