-Reviewing denials on Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements and resolving issues until payment is received-Investigating denials and rejections through insurance portals and direct payer communication-Analyzing Accounts Receivable reports and following up on unpaid or aging claims-Preparing and submitting appeals with required documentation-Submitting requested medical records and supporting documents to insurance companies-Researching claims to ensure timely and accurate processing-Communicating regularly with insurance representatives and billing contacts-Correcting claim errors and promptly resubmitting unprocessed or rejected claims-Executing collection activities in accordance with practice guidelines-Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and secure handling of patient information
