This role likely involved handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various communication channels. I also gained experience working in an insurance company, which have provided me with insights into the financial services industry and customer service specific to insurance products. I tried Working in a retail company in Singapore as well, I was exposed to a multicultural environment and provided opportunities to develop strong customer service skills while dealing with diverse clientele. I also have an experience in a realty brokerage that involved supporting clients with their real estate needs, which required a combination of customer service, administrative tasks, and sales support.
The pandemic prompted me to adapt to new work arrangements, leading myself to become a freelance virtual assistant. This role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks remotely for
