I am a Licensed Electronics Engineer and Licensed Electronics Technician who has transitioned into operations and automation work for remote businesses. While my foundation is in engineering, I have shifted my focus toward building and managing automated business systems, and that is where most of my recent work has been.
Over the past several months, I have worked extensively with GoHighLevel, Airtable, Supabase, Softr, Make, and Zapier to design workflows, automate recruitment pipelines, and manage data operations for a US-based growth agency. My work has included GHL workflow management, staff monitoring systems, internal documentation, and supporting the development of AI-powered web applications using the Claude API.
Prior to this, I worked 6 months in the telecommunications industry, 6 months in the solar energy sector, and 8 months as a customer service representative. My engineering background gives me a strong technical foundation, and my hands-on experience with automation tools makes me effective in fast-moving remote environments.
