Started as a CSR where the main responsibilities are account maintenance, billing, locating a provider, changing PCP, processing claims, providing benefits and accumulations, appeals and authorizations for 9 months and was promoted as a trainer where I facilitated both new-hire and upskilling classes. I also worked with the RCM side of healthcare where we focus on generating revenue for our clients by checking claim denials and making sure details are correctly placed in the system.
