Currently an Associate Recruitment Consultant in Korn Ferry - Manila handling Global Accounts / Projects. I am fully responsible for Sourcing candidates using different job boards, Pipelining, Screening and up to Initial Interview in different regions (EMEA, NA, and APAC). We also handle all kinds of industries and candidate profiles from Supply Chain, FMCG, Engineering, Sales, IT, Finance, Medical field, and Academics (covering blue-collar jobs to niche roles). Furthermore, I was exposed to end-to-end recruitment in Optum - from initial interview, endorsement to Language Assessment and Final Interview, up to extending JO and monitoring their onboarding.
I am a Licensed Psychometrician, with a curious and passionate mindset. I like to take up new challenges, interested in new technologies and new solutions that will change the way recruitment will work in the future and has the ability to build relationships quickly both internally & externally with clients.
