I am currently serving as an Associate Professor I at the University of Mindanao, College of Engineering Education (July 2018–Present), where I teach both undergraduate and graduate courses within my field of expertise. My academic role involves preparing comprehensive course materials, delivering lectures, leading discussions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback and guidance to students. Beyond classroom teaching, I actively engage in research and scholarly pursuits—conducting independent studies, publishing in academic journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in my discipline. I also supervise graduate students and collaborate with fellow researchers to foster a strong academic and research culture.
In addition, I mentor and advise both undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career matters, helping them develop research projects and guiding them through thesis or dissertation work. I remain actively involved in service activities within the department, university, and the wider academic community, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence, student development, and knowledge advancement.
