I have been with the BPO Industry for 6 years now. I was customer service representative for more than 4 years and TSR at the same time. I was also a travel agent for 2 years and was trained with the GDS ( Sabre and Amadeus). I was able to work with Telecommunication Companies in the US such as Comcast and Sprint and was able to work with eBay for 2 years as a CSR.
