Hi! I am currently in search of an opportunity for full-time or part-time work. I have remotely worked for a U.S.-based immigration law firm as a case manager for 3 years. This work allowed me to engage with people of different backgrounds—culturally and geographically. My work as a case manager is to support the lawyers and other caseworkers in preparing various visa forms and documents – ensuring that every packet is clean and complete. I also conduct legal research and case analysis. More specifically, I have experience in handling family-based visa applications such as I-130 Petitions, DS260 process, I-485, I-751, and N400 applications. I am fluent in English both writing and speaking.
I gained verbal and communication skills from interning as a writer in a digital lifestyle magazine. I am knowledgeable in legal research, drafting forms, client coordination, and document preparation. I have also completed most of my law school subjects.
I want to grow and improve my skills and knowledge as a legal assistant by learning from different fields. I am a fast learner and a diligent employee. My experience would make me a good fit for a legal, administrative, or compliance role. If given the chance, I would definitely strive my best to be a continued asset to your team.
