I am a goal oriented person, focusing to reach the task on hand & getting it done efficiently. For the past 11 years as a Chief Medical Technologist, I have been dealing with documents or results that needed on a specific time, I made sure that It has been corrected properly and on -----------spite the pressure given to me, its always been my priority, the accuracy of what I have been doing. Even with my introvert personality, I have learned how to communicate with employees and dealing with customers with care. Over the period of time, I was able to overcome my limitations that has been holding me back which I can say was one of the things that made me who I am right now.
