Hello! My name is Chris, and I am a dedicated and hardworking professional with experience in customer support, virtual assistance, and small business operations.
I started my career in the BPO industry, where I handled customer support through phone, chat, and email. I worked with different accounts such as retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, and hospitality. Through these experiences, I developed strong communication skills, learned how to handle different types of customers, and became confident in resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
I also have experience working as a Chat Support Specialist, where I managed multiple conversations at the same time while ensuring quality responses. This helped me improve my multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Aside from corporate experience, I also became a co-founder of a small food business called Grillin’. In this business, I handled social media management, created marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop, and tracked sales, expenses, and orders using Google Sheets. I also assisted in operations such as preparing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing daily business activities. This experience taught me how to be resourceful, flexible, and responsible in handling real business challenges.
Currently, I am also serving as a volunteer in our church’s Communications Ministry, where I assist in media, content creation, and team coordination. I also help facilitate small group discussions, which helped me grow in leadership, communication, and people skills.
