*Fix errors encountered by the system end users
*Provide access on the application (test and production environment)
*Perform testing on both test and production environment when it needed.
*Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs
* Provide 24x7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends
*Develop and maintain professional relationships with all online business teams and provide support to web store
*Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems
*Ensure compliance to all customers requirements
*Maintain logs of all issues/errors and do fixes/resolution according to quality assurance test for both production and test processes.
*Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production process
