I have transcribed audio given to me by my mother while I was in High school. It gave me more of the experience I needed. I researched for terms I was not familiar with. I am very familiar with MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
I am very open-minded, hard-working, and a highly trainable person. I give my best in every way I can to satisfy the client's needs. I have a good eye for detail, well-organized, and set priorities.
I worked in a company for 8 years and 7 months where I first became an Email Support Representative. I then became a Subject matter expert after a few months and this is where I would help my teammates and solve their concerns together.
I was then transferred to a different campaign where I would put the data from the pictures of the documents into a system and make sure that the guidelines set by the clients were met before approving and rejecting the document. I excelled for a year and have been a top teammate where I was able to go to Palawan and Boracay as incentives from 2018 to 2019.
I became a client analyst after a year or two. In this role, I'm one of the support who checks the quality of the work of the teammates, collaborates with them to ensure they avoid their mistakes in the future, and provides insights.
After another 2 years, I became a Business Insights Analyst where we extracted and sanitized the data, maintained dashboards, and analyzed the data.
I've gained a lot of skills during these years as I've made sure that I excel first before moving on to a higher post so I can contribute more to the company.
