Remotely managing significant IT infrastructure projects in a work-from-home setup. My duties include initial planning, vendor negotiations, conducting technical reviews, and executing various initiatives. Major projects include the fleetwide replacement and migration of corporate network devices, network re-engineering, and the standardization of the network backbone's wired and wireless infrastructure.
??The latest completed project is a hybrid Work-from-Home to site setup, where I served as the overall project manager for the Leyte Geothermal site-wide network refresh. My responsibilities encompassed design, vendor sourcing, technical evaluation, implementation, change management, and project turnover.
• The project's target was to replace all end-of-support and end-of-life network switches while simultaneously re-engineering the network infrastructure backbone to eliminate single points of failure and enhance the overall network resiliency of the entire site.
