With nearly 15 years of experience across multiple roles, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes Customer Service Representative, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Data Analyst, and Bookkeeper and Documentation Management. The majority of my career was spent as a Data Analyst, where I collaborated with teams to acquire and analyze crucial deed data, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information was available for informed decision-making. In my customer service role, I provided comprehensive assistance to clients with billing inquiries, payment disputes, and new order setups, always ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective resolution. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I managed property listings, created marketing materials, and oversaw social media accounts to streamline operations for a real estate client. Additionally, as a Bookkeeper, I was responsible for entering daily transactions into QuickBooks and performing monthly reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records. My extensive experience in these roles has equipped me with a strong foundation in data analysis, customer service, administration, and financial management, allowing me to contribute effectively across various fields.
