I have been working for 6years. My very first job taught me to have dedication in work. It taught me to always be positive and smile while assisting customers as a cashier. My second job introduced me to a new skills as a travel agent. I am trained in GDS - Amadeus, Sabre and Worldspan. It is an airline system used in booking, refunding and exchanging the passenger ticket. Also it helps me to know some basic knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. Most especially in Pivot Table. We're using Microsoft as our medium to collate datas and have it reported.
