Executives don't need someone who waits for instructions. They need someone who sees what's coming, handles it, and frees them to focus on the decisions only they can make. That's the job I do.
I'm an Executive Assistant and operations partner to founders, CEOs, and attorneys - currently supporting the founder of a personal injury law firm, where I manage his inbox, run daily operational reporting, coordinate a multi-team workflow, and help lead the firm's AI and automation build-out.
What the people I've worked with say about me:
"She has a keen ability to track priorities, flag what's most important, and ensure no message slips through the cracks. This level of proactive support gives me peace of mind." - CEO client
"She quickly mastered our complex operational processes and introduced innovative improvements that made a meaningful impact on the company." - Former manager, HomeBreeze
"She leads with heart and a fire that inspires everyone around her. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat." - Former manager, Concentrix
My background spans both sides of the desk: I started as a top-performing sales agent, was promoted to Sales Coach within a year, and earned Top Sales Coach multiple times before moving into executive support. That mix means I don't just process tasks - I understand revenue, clients, and what actually moves a business forward.
I also work at the front edge of AI-powered executive support. I design and run daily AI-assisted reporting workflows, lead the implementation of an AI chief-of-staff system for a law firm principal (built in Claude Code, integrating Gmail, Google Drive, and Notion), and handle data reconciliation and analysis projects that would traditionally require a dedicated analyst. I don't just use AI tools - I build the systems around them.
What I bring:
Inbox shadowing and priority management. AI workflow design and automation. Operational reporting and data analysis. Process building and documentation. Training and mentoring new tea-----------mbers. Steady, warm, reliable support - even when things get chaotic.
If you're a founder or executive drowning in the day-to-day, that's exactly the problem I solve.
