I am a licensed Psychometrician currently serving in a behavioral and psychosocial center while also handling Human Resource functions. My role involves administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments, assisting in case evaluations, and supporting therapeutic planning. Concurrently, I manage HR responsibilities such as recruitment, staff coordination, documentation, and policy compliance. This dual role allows me to integrate psychological principles with organizational management to promote both client well-being and effective workforce development.
