I’m a Registered Nurse from the Philippines with over 12 years of experience in healthcare, including five years in medical billing for an outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic.
In my recent role, I handled the end-to-end billing process—from insurance verification, patient intake, and charge entry to claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.

I’m very familiar with CPT and ICD-10 coding, HelloNote, Tebra, insurance portals and clearinghouses, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
What I really enjoy about billing is the challenge of getting claims processed accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations.

My background as a nurse also helps me understand the clinical side of documentation, which improves billing accuracy and communication with providers.
